It covers topics regarding the history of alternative food movements, perception of authenticity in food, and aesthetics of marketing and eating. Forgive the state of the site (it’s the initial version set up to present the info to advisers at the University of Massachusetts), but check it out if you are interested!

Posted: November 17, 2010 Filed under: design 3 Comments »Hi guys. Sorry for the slow posting this week. We’ve been busy working on some printable matter, a few new recipes for the shop, as well as a big surprise (that we should be unveiling to you all some time in December!).
No recipe today. Instead I leave you with a tongue-in-cheek photoshoot I worked on this week. The state of industrial food: cylindrical.
*for those of you who have been mercifully spared a childhood of cylindrical food, the following are: brown bread, jellied cranberry sauce, pea soup, and corned beef hash.
